We have immediate needs for LPNs to work as part of a clinical team in providing direct nursing care to students with disabilities. Full Job Description

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shift – 3p-11p
• Nightshift – 11p-7a
• Per Diem

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and implement nursing treatment plans
• Communicate with/provide necessary information on relevant health issues to parents, guardians, and applicable agency staff
• Hands-on nursing care for children with physical and developmental disabilities (including, but not limited to wound care, catheters and g-tubes)
• Review students’ physical condition and medical needs and document as appropriate
• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the State of MA or ability to obtain MA licensure
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
• Proficiency in delegated nursing skills
• Valid driver’s license

• $9.00 more per hour weekdays
• $10.00 more per hour weekends

Third shift differentials:

• $9.00 more per hour weekdays
• $10.00 more per hour on weekends

Weekend Day Differentials:

• $10.00 more per hour weekend days
