Loan Quality Control Specialist Job at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp

Salary based on level of experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews new loans and daily maintenance to ensure adherence to established quality standards
- Ensures new loan set up and loan maintenance performed is in accordance with loan terms
- Performs review of adjustable rate loan notices to ensure interest rate adjustments are in accordance with the loan terms
- Provides timely feedback regarding issues and works diligently to ensure corrections are rectified
JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree in Business and/or Finance
- Three to five years of loan related experience
- Solid understanding of applicable regulations and investor guidelines
- Strong understanding of how loan products function within a core operating system
- Broad knowledge of loan servicing procedures
