We are currently looking to fill BOH POSITION AS A LINE COOK AND PREP The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow with our team. Opening and closing shifts are available.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- RAMEN EXPERIENCE is a plus
- Basic knives skills
- Know how to use fryer and flat top grill
- Following all the receipe
- Work Clean and Organize is a MUST
- Follow all the house rules
- Current Food Handler Permit
- Fast learner
- Multitasking
- Good communication skills
- Team work
- Attention to detail
Duty
Following recipes and keeping consistancy with our dishes.
- Completing prep lists.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of all the ingredients and components of the dishes on our menu.
- Maintaining stock levels and a hyper clean working environment
