Voted BEST Fine Dining Restaurant on the Eastern Shore in 2021. Knoxie’s Table is designed to create an authentic culinary and cocktail experience for locals and guests with a menu focusing on local farmers and watermen and regionally inspired cuisine.
We are hiring experienced LINE COOKS to join our Knoxie’s Table culinary team! Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.
Competencies
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant-environment
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Collaboration Skills
- Communication Proficiency
