Your way to impact:

Product Lead for Marketing Technology will drive strategy and own the features of the marketing technology for B2B or B2C that will facilitate the transformation journey across all customer segments. The lead will require extensive familiarity of B2B and B2C core capabilities and be able to guide stakeholders on the art of possible. In this role, the leader will be required to work closely with Marketing leadership, align with Marketing vision, and drive enterprise alignment for the team.

Your day-to-day:

• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, data science, program, architecture, development) to drive alignment to marketing strategy.
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
• Evangelize roadmaps and build strong relationships with key stakeholders that will allow team to understand gaps and prioritize right solutions.
• Collaborate with geo distributed teams of developers, platform specialists, product management team and various stakeholders spanning across multiple time zones.

What you need to bring:

• Experience in leading end-to-end data, technology, privacy and business process to effectively enable the marketing funnel at scale.
• 3+ years of experience in defining OKRs, measure operational KPIs, and bring clarity of execution to stakeholders
• Knowledge of SF Pardot (or similar platform), ABM platforms, Segmentation platforms, third party visitor intelligence, business intelligence is preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience in Digital Marketing domain.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product leadership role having experience landing SaaS implementations and change management for adoption.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to practice strong ownership, drive change in a large, matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
