Law Office Receptionist- Bilingual- English/Spanish Job at Blue Arbor
Established law office in Jacksonville, NC is seeking an Experienced Bilingual Receptionist to join their team!
Monday thru Friday 8-5
Can work part time or full time
***Must be English/Spanish Bilingual!
Must have at least one year prior receptionist/administrative experience! Must have the ability to multi task, strong customer service skills and exceptional phone etiquette. Position is full time and temp to hire (meaning the company wants a permanent placement). Hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Will start as soon as possible! Might the perfect candidate be you?
Front Desk Receptionist - Primary task include: Greeting clients and customers, answering calls, taking and distributing messages, routing calls to the appropriate department/parties on multi-line phone system. Answering general inquiries, email correspondence, data entry, and miscellaneous general office duties and task as needed.
Requirements -
- At least one year of receptionist/administrative experience
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
- Must display professionalism
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette-Bilingual-English/Spanish
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
