Landscaping Maintenance Crew
We are looking for full-time landscaping laborers in WEXFORD, PA and THE SOUTH HILLS Area to join our Landscaping Teams:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Spring & Fall Clean-up; Clearing leaves and brush
- Mowing lawns using both ride-on, zero-turn, and push mowers
- Trimming & edging: sidewalks, flowerbeds, walls, and driveways
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass
- Weeding; By hand and with tools
- Applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
- Trimming/pruning trees and shrubs
- Clearing lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers
- Shoveling & salting, walkways and driveways**
- Snowplowing**
**Winter-work: Optional
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate standard landscaping machinery, i.e., riding mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, pruners, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Ability to arrive to work on time on a daily basis and maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- Able to work variable hours which may include occasional weekends, holidays and overtime
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
- Have reliable, dependable transportation. Please Note: There is NO bus service to the Wexford Location.
