– No Waiting Period 6. After 1 year, Team Members are eligible for 1 week of paid vacation. TAG does not have shut downs like other industries, we work year around, so you take your vacation when you want. After 2 years, you will be eligible for 2 weeks of paid vacation.

After 7 years, this increases to 3 weeks. At 15 years, you will be eligible for 4 week! 7. After 90 days Full Time Team members are be eligible for 16 hours of unpaid sick time to use for medical reasons.

12. Cross training, become a more rounded employee 13. Mentors to help you along the way. SUMMARY Responsible for smoothing out and removing air pockets from fiberglass lamination during the spray-out and construction process of fiberglass Caps and Lids or other fiberglass products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES – Duties may include: 1. Work with templates/patterns to conform with dimension data and/or customer specifications 2. Check completed products for conformance to specifics 3. Inspect, clean and assembly as needed 4.

Pat or press layers of saturated mat or cloth into place on molds, using brushes or hands, smooth out wrinkles and air bubbles with hands or rollers 5. Release air bubbles and smooth seams using rollers 6. Trim cured materials using saws with diamond impregnated cutoff wheels 7. Trim excess materials from molds, using hand sheers or trimming knives QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Must has knowledge and experience in the use of hand tools such as roller, brook and cutters required to complete the task. Knowledge and skill is acquired through working experience or on-the-job training. Regular and predictable attendance is required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE This employee may be required to have a high school diploma or GED.

In additions, this employee may be required to participate in annual training for Hazardous Waste Recycling and fire safety. LANGUAGE SKILLS This employee needs the ability to read and verbally communicate in English. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to fingers. Lifting is not a major factor in this job. This job may bring employee in contact with hazardous chemicals and fumes. For this reason, respirator certification is optional.
