Position One:

Laborer/Laborer Manager Experience required: Permanent Position

· F/T Only: Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No Weekends)

· Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per/hr. Pay is experience-based (See other benefits below)

Position Two:

Laborer Helper-Part Time or Full-Time Position

· No Experience Necessary

· Compensation $13.00 - $18.00 per/hr. (99.9% Of construction is Kirkwood & Des Peres)

· Schedule is 100% flexible/customizable to fit your needs

Responsibilities & Duties

Cleaning and clearing new construction job sites (new home builds) of debris/construction materials to an onsite 40-yard dumpster during construction. Work daily with construction trades i.e., Framers, Trim Carpenters, Electricians, Drywallers, Painters, HVAC, Etc. Looking for individuals with the ability to keep each job site picked up of debris, and construction materials stacked and organized prior to installation. Position requires to use of hand tools, power tools, electric sweepers, push broom, shovels, circular saws, chain saw, concrete saw, power washer, shop-vac, repairs to silt/erosion control barrier, site protection fence, and tree protection, digging for gutters downspouts, rain gardens, landscaping, seed & straw, mulching, rocking, retaining walls, installation of temporary electric poles and construction signage.

Grow within: Not a requirement we will train

Operating Construction Equipment including Bobcat/Skid steer, Trencher, Auger, Compactor, Hooking up Trailers, and Towing/Hauling Equipment

Minimum Abilities

Walking, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and climbing

Lifting, carrying, and/or pushing 50lbs (or more)

Using hand tools, brooms, shovels, and vacuums

Using power tools including drills, saws, and power washer

Own basic tools (hammer, drill, screwdriver, pliers, etc.)
