Computer Showcase is an IT Managed Services Provider serving the Washington DC metro area. Computer Showcase offers a full range of IT services for our business clients, including cybersecurity solutions, systems monitoring, patch management, backup management, continuity planning, hardware management, software management, helpdesk support, consulting, and planning.

We are seeking a Junior Help Desk Analyst who will be responsible for working directly with our clients to diagnose and troubleshoot IT hardware and software. The Junior Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails or other forms of communication received from our clients and providing guidance to resolve problems. The successful candidate will possess customer service skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision and knowledge of a variety of different computer programs. This is an in person position in our Bethesda office, not a work from home position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain/update/create Helpdesk databases, records, and inventories of hardware and software.
• Answer questions regarding network, Internet, computers, and printers.
• Provide information on new facilities and services.
• Respond to customer's needs by listening to and understanding the customer's problems or concerns.
• Provide assistance to customers in accessing information or solving problems with the company's services or products.
• Work with outside vendors in resolving technical issues.
• Communicate with other help desk staff and supervisors.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Google Workspaces administration.
• New endpoint preparation.
• Endpoint repair.
• Shipping and receiving hardware.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
