The Junior Account Manager works to expand our relationships with 1-2 provider OP practices by identifying further business needs and developing solutions though new services to address those needs. The individual will be the primary OP contact for assigned practices and will be tasked to manage incoming requests and identify what is owned by AM and in a timely manner to engage the right internal teams as needed.

This can be a remote position.

Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage assigned client segmentation (200-250 practices) to engage new and existing leads through phone calls, emails, and onsite visits
  • Oversee Revenue Growth Targets across your territory through bookings attainment and natural growth.
  • Maintain a strategic view on all practices within your territory to be able to navigate and manage overall relationship to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Establish a strategic advisor relationship with clients by understanding their practice’s long term strategy and goals. Proactively provide insight on the health of their business and guidance on solutions and steps to bridge the gap to ensure their goals are achieved.
  • Complete business review presentations with clients to effectively determine current level of client satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand our current relationship via upsell of new products and services
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OP roadmap for delivery of new products and services. Communicate directly with clients to explain features and benefits while addressing any questions related to launch of new products and services throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure all calls, opportunities, and quotes are properly tracked and generated in Salesforce
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of competitive solutions, healthcare industry standards and the overall landscape of pediatric medicine
  • Act as primary client point of contact to handle individual needs, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required:

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years successful Healthcare industry experience preferable
  • Healthcare IT background preferred

Supervisory responsibilities:

None

Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements:

  • Proximity to Fort Washington Location preferable
  • Prolonged periods of telephone and computer work
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $50-55,000, however, this may be negotiable depending on candidate's skills and experience. This is a commissioned position.
