Overview
We are looking for an experienced agency PM to join our awesome team the first week of January.
The perfect candidate would have 2-3 years of experienced preferred.
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting AM on day to day and very involved in their respective accounts
Responsibilities:
Desired hard skills (i.e. platform or program experience):
2-3 years of PM experience
Asana for PM software - but any prior PM tools is fine
Desired soft skills:
Well organized, detail oriented
Passion & commitment to the agency - show that they care about the agency rather than just doing the job - would want to keep this person if the work remains - desire to grow within the organization and work really hard.
Humility - not a lot of egos in the agency - everyone is supportive and helpful with each other.
Assertive and cooperative - need to be able to work with a team
