This full-time position works weekdays and weekends.
In this cleaning management position, you lead a team on a variety of industrial cleaning jobs. Before a project, you communicate with the client, listening to their needs and working with them to create a game plan. You create work schedules, prioritizing efficiency and adapting to the specific requirements of each job. On-site, you provide supervision to your team, sharing feedback and offering support as necessary to keep things running smoothly.
