We are currently looking for a manager to oversee our janitorial operations services at multiple accounts. This manager will report to a prominent customer in the Clarkesville, TN market overseeing roughly 20 employees working first and second shifts. Having previous custodial experience would be a plus but finding someone with strong leadership, customer relations, and operations experience is our top priority.
Hours: Monday- Friday 9 am-6 pm but must be flexible to work outside these hours as needed.
Location: Clarksville, TN.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- The Account Manager interviews, hires, and trains new employees.
- Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues.
- Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections.
- Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies.
- Purchases, issues, and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition.
- Reviews employee’s time daily.
- Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed.
- Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers through updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress.
What We’re Looking for:
- 3-5 years of Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service skills. This is a high-security property with a prominent customer.
- The customer site has a strict COVID Vaccination policy in place that must be adhered to.
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
