Agility to strip, wax, buff & burnish VCT & laminate flooring preferred. Experience with carpet & upholstery care including spot extraction.
Commerical laundry experience a plus. Previous experience preferred, other general cleaning and maintenance involved, including exterior cleanup when needed .
