Urban Air Adventures in Plymouth is looking for an "A" game individual that is committed, reliable and focused to join our team. Qualified candidates can work independently, are detail oriented, can multi-task, take pride in their work and are reliable. This person will be responsible to perform janitorial and cleaning type duties. It is important to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises during our peak hours of operation. This person takes pride in their work and has strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate does not need to be experienced in a custodian role. But the ideal candidate is available weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) should have the physical endurance to cover a large space, a keen eye for detail and can work without constant supervision.

Knowledge of use of industrial cleaning equipment preferred but not required

· Attention to detail and conscientiousness

· Very good physical condition and strength

· Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the demands of the business, to include nights, weekends and holidays
• Maintains the facility by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and polishing
• Keeps the Cafeteria Area and Party Rooms clean multiple times during each shift, removing miscellaneous trash, cleaning tables, restrooms, windows, etc.
• Refreshing bath area by cleaning toilets, sinks and refilling hand towel and toilet dispensers
• Maintains facility by cleaning, dusting and vacuuming
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Keep supplies ready and restocked
• Any other duties as assigned
