ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER POSITION:
Must be at least 15 1/2 years of age. Able to lift 30-40 pounds regularly throughout a 4-8 hour shift. Able to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift. Able to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F. Basic computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills. Cash handling experience and customer service experience preferred but not required for team members.
ABOUT THE TEAM LEAD (SHIFT SUPERVISOR) POSITION:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to work variable shifts (opening, mid-shift and closing) and accommodate a flexible schedule preferred. Able to stand, bend, scoop and walk throughout assigned shift. Must lift and carry 10-50 pounds regularly. Able to move freely throughout the store, including in walk-in refrigerator & freezers with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F. Ability to operate store equipment.
