Independent Women's Network (IWN), a joint project of Independent Women's Forum and Independent Women's Voice, is a community where members connect online and in person to make a positive impact on their communities and our country.

IWN members meet in-person via Chapters, to take action in their states and localities, and to build a supportive community where they live. They connect online with IW staff and policy leaders, with our content, and with each other.

The IWN Chapter Manager will support this effort by:

  • Engaging with IWN members and planting new Chapters
  • Serving as a liaison between Chapter Leaders and IW Headquarters, regularly talking to, meeting with, and otherwise supporting Chapter Leaders to ensure that they are thriving, advancing IW's larger mission, following all rules and guidelines, and are integrated into the Network broadly. • Outreach to current IW audience to identify prospective chapter leaders and chapter participants

  • Coordinate with policy staff to curate resources for Chapters and ensure activities meet IWN standards

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the policy, grassroots, or organizing space
