The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide day to day service desk and deskside support to end-users. Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems. Through knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware such laptops and desktops. Diagnose computer errors and provide technical on-site or remote support. Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into IT department service desk system. Provide technical support and assist with IT projects and other department tasks as assigned.

  • Opening, updating, and closing support tickets in the ticketing system, and provide first and second level support and resolution of support requests
  • Provide end user phone support in troubleshooting software and hardware problems, network connectivity issues, active directory
  • Knowledgeable in installing software, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and resetting passwords using Active Directory.
  • Experienced with configuring and re-imaging of desktop/laptop systems
  • Familiar with setting up and supporting mobile devices
  • Responsibility for providing support to company employees on-site and remote.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

  • Two or more years of experience as a service desk analyst.
  • Experience with and providing technical support for Microsoft Office suite and Windows 10 operating system Plus: Microsoft certifications along with experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft O365 administration, and familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes
  • Providing IT support to end-users.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
