Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information_

• South Ogden, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus, commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities_

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business data, processes, and requirements for data analysis and business intelligence projects.
• Manage a portfolio of reporting projects and support requests.
• Prepare and maintain a portfolio of standard report.
• Provide ad hoc reports and lists, as requested.
• Use data mining techniques and statistical analysis to extract information, identify patterns and correlations, and predict trends within the industry as well as the member population.
• Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures.
• Use data visualization techniques to present data in easy-to-understand formats, such as tables, diagrams, charts, and graphs.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Provide quality assurance for data analytics and business intelligence deliverables.
• Use data warehousing techniques to reduce data silos and streamline data analysis processes, projects, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement best practices for data integrity and normalization.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification_

• Bachelor’s degree in data/business analytics, computer science, information systems, statistics, or other relevant field of study.
• 5 years of data analytics, business intelligence, or other related experience.
