ASHE Society is looking for someone to join our Inventory Team! The Inventory Associate will play a key role in tracking the goods and supplies of the store and managing orders to help facilitate sales.

Essential Functions:

• Stocking shelves with new merchandise, maintaining accurate stock levels, and removing outdated items from display
• Receiving and unpacking incoming shipments of merchandise, while keeping track of inventory levels
• Labe new products and verify that all merchandise meets quality standards prior to sale
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Perform physical inventory counts in accordance to company guidelines
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet ASHE Society’s standards
• Provide accurate product description, pricing, and pictures for e-commerce platforms. Accuracy is key
• Answer customer questions and provide information about cannabis products

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and sitting at a desk working on a computer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
The employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9 am- 10 pm. and must work 40 hours (about 1 and a half days) each week to maintain full-time status. Evening and weekend work is required.

Required Education and Experience

• Highschool Diploma
• Experience in coordination or inventory management in warehouse or retail environment
