New Life Staffing is looking for a senior interior designer in the Collegeville, PA area

Summary:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer with AutoCAD experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process, from design to post-installation, by managing client accounts and products.
• Assist national sales representatives with client inquiries, presentations, and chair and wall covering orders.
• Present clients with various design options, including space planning, ceiling design, lighting, furniture, and interior finishes, based on their budget and specifications.
• Guide clients in making final design decisions and obtain their approval by completing sign-off package drawings.
• Generate construction drawings for contractors, architects, and clients and make necessary updates to drawings and sales orders based on client changes.
• Address client and contractor inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create drawings and input building plans or shells, and order finish samples for clients when needed.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed on time and provide clients with a seamless experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends by meeting with design representatives, maintaining the design library, and attending various educational opportunities.
• Keep the CRM up-to-date with all client correspondence, tasks, and activities completed per project.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
• At least five (5) years of experience in interior design, space planning, or commercial design.
• Proficiency in producing 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Prior sales experience in a design role is helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge of interior design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with creating purchase orders.
