Position Purpose: This position coordinates and supports ongoing learning and development programs and creates new content in line with Signature Performance's strategic vision.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as systems administrator for Signature YOU (Learning Management System), ensuring enrollments and course offerings are up to date and available as needed.
  • Support daily activities related to Signature YOU including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall maintenance.
  • Collect and summarize data about learning and development programs, and distribute data summaries to identified persons.
  • Create, revise, and deliver learning activities in Signature YOU.
  • Respond to all Associate questions in a timely manner and follow up with appropriate colleagues as necessary to resolve any issues.
  • Incorporate feedback into materials.
  • Coordinate and assign all initial and ongoing required Signature YOU courses for Associates in accordance with our contractual requirements.
  • Work with the team to build a variety of assets to support our learning programs including videos, one-pagers, and instructor materials.
  • Schedule, coordinate, promote, and oversee live learning opportunities.
  • Edit, format, and finalize all power points and other curriculum items, and maintain an updated library and archive of all resources.
  • Produce and distribute all materials necessary for learning and development participants.
  • Coordinate in-person learning and development opportunities by reserving facilities, coordinating classroom furniture and technology setup, and communicating with attendees.
  • Work with operational managers to ensure learning opportunities do not impede business needs.
  • Perform special projects as directed including researching topics, summarizing articles, financial analysis, etc.
  • Print and ship materials which enhance and celebrate the learning culture at Signature Performance.
  • Support facilitation of leadership, onboarding, compliance, and systems training as needed.
  • Research learning and development best practices to stay current with new techniques and practices, as well as best practices in the field and topics related to specific populations/needs.
  • Champion Associates for continuous learning.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus
  • Experience with adult learners a plus
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment
