Install Supervisor - Insulation Job at USA Insulation of Detroit
Looking for a Leader! Growing location looking to add to our Install Supervisor team to continue to improve and grow our install process as well as manage the teams. You will manage multiple crews at different levels of experience in our Auburn Hills location. This is a HANDS ON supervisor role, you will be onsite at the customers as well as end of day job duties to help your team succeed and prepared for the next day. Need to have a strong background in variety of construction in order to be able to teach what you know to those around you.
Strong construction background a must, leadership coupled with coach-ability, as well as the passion to drive teams to new levels.
- Work with the GM on site to develop the training program and leadership program
- Work with inventory and office staff to develop strategies to better improve the overall install process
- Manage and grow the install level of expertise
