Location: Onalaska, WI

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday – Friday

Compensation: $25.00-$30.00/hour. Merit increase eligible twice annually! 3 weeks PTO in first year, 8 paid holidays, biannual performance reviews and profit sharing based on company performance.


Purpose & Summary: As the Inside Sales Representative for Dynamic's Recycling Division, you will be responsible for effectively prospecting new business opportunities, discovering and developing proposals, and managing CRM data entry & data integrity. By providing critical support throughout the department, you will become a key resource as a back up to our Sales Executives, Account Managers, and various other team members as needed.

Day to day responsibilities may include:

  • Researching opportunities via trade publications, customer referrals, etc.
  • Generating leads via phone and email communications
  • Actively prospect and solicit new RFP's/RFI's
  • Input data into CRM accurately and consistently
  • Assist with preparation of service agreements, NDA reporting, logistics analysis and coordination of facility tours.
  • Review project specifications for certification compliance
  • Executing special projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as our Insides Sales Representative, candidates must possess post-secondary education in a business related field, as well as six month of inside/outside sales, business development and/or B2B sale structure experience; however, we will also consider applicants with relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment; have a natural business acumen, and knowledge of RFP/RFI development.
