As a Digital Sales Specialist do you enjoy selling service solutions and implementing service agreements, having a team of colleagues who looks after your daily planning, makes sure the right spare parts you need are delivered on time and supports you remotely when you are facing more complex technical issues?

Our customers have a range of different types of tools with a variety of technologies (from mechanical, electronic to Internet of Things and complex control mechanisms) allowing you to grow in techniques and specializations based on your interests and experience.


Do you have an affinity with working with digital tools, business development, networking and, above all, are you eager to work and to be trained as a Digital Sales Professional?


Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation ( 50%):
    oTarget Customer identification and lead/opportunity creations.
    oResearch accounts, identify decision making body and generate interest.
    oCommunicating with customers, making extensive outbound calls, email etc to potential customers.
    oUnderstanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    oAnswering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
    oRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    oTeam with Sales to build pipeline, close deals and generate revenue.


    • Business Development (30%):
    oMarket research following PGA, IIR and other databases.
    oActively search to identify new customers, opportunities, and market segments.
    oIdentify Projects and Implement Proactive Project Followup using R-PSM.
    oMaintain database for the key projects in the region & Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers.
    oBuild a strategic plan for the customers that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue.


    • Networking (20%):
    oDevelop network with the potential accounts using digital platforms.
    oEnhance digital visibility, create groups and sending in mails to potential clients.
    oCollaborate with marketing to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients.
    • Preferred Candidate Profile:

    What we expect of you?

    Education:

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Experience. People with relevant experience can be considered for suitable role.


    Experience:

    1-3 years of suitable experience in developing business using digital tools


    Travel:

    Limited travel to customer locations as and when required, including out-of-town and overnight travel.
