Mission of Inside Sales Personal Lines
To grow the personal lines book of business by maximizing the Cross Insurance Agency sales process and applying these strategies daily. This includes taking inbound web and phone call quote requests. Calling on lost business, unsold quotes, and monoline business for account rounding, attending activities and building relationships with mortgage brokers. This role is the face of our agency in the community as well as agency prospects.
Inside Sales Personal Lines Requirements
REMOTE POSITION: Designated workspace for remote work, private, professional
- Sales Experience is a must or if it runs in your blood. Minimum 1 year P&C experience preferred
- Full Time position
- Proficient in usage of the computer & technology, voip phone systems, virtual meetings, etc
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
- Knowledge in CMS Hawksoft a plus
Desired Outcomes of this Role
- Consistently meet or exceed production numbers (tracked and updated monthly)
- Follow the new business sales process and maintain a closing ratio of over 50%
- Work to improve agency retention with a goal of 93%
- Identify and develop a relationship with surrounding mortgage companies
- Work to support the marketing and branding team
- Correctly entering data into Management system
- Positive Attitude and Efficient Work Ethic

Feedback:
- Every 90 days you will meet with your sales manager to review any bottlenecks, ideas you have to improve as well as the objectives outlined in your job description.
- Each year you will receive a formal review.
- Monthly meeting with the manager to review pipeline, sales, and Management System Usage.
