As a caregiver with our company, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and providing top-notch care that is precise and consistent to our clients in their homes, working closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met, and coordinating care between our caregivers, clients, and other members of the care team. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships, combined with your focus on delivering precise and consistent care, will be critical in this role.

CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, HHA, Home Health Aide and Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Live and promote our Core Values each and every day.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team.
• Deliver care that is precise and consistent and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
• Provide personal care including bathing, showering, toileting, hygiene, & grooming.
• Learn and use transfer skills such as stand-pivot transfers, Hoyer lifts, & gait belts.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the best possible care is provided.

CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, HHA, Home Health Aide and Caregiver Requirements:

• Willing to learn and assist with all necessary care for clients
• Possess a reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and valid driver's license
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Able to lift 55 lbs
• COVID19 vaccinated or willing to be.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Education: High school or equivalent (required)
• Experience: Caregiving experience (1+ years required)
