Position Overview:

Our QA (Warranty) level III Technicians, perform maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Displays superior knowledge with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures and uses said knowledge to collect and provide prompt accurate data used to measure and monitor the quality of work performed in the field. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. Willing and able to develop training classes and provide them to the workforce. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to QA Field Manager and is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a great rapport with the customer
• Effectively communicate with customers and office staff
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
• Repair HVAC equipment
• Keep manager informed of new developments, changes or customer concerns
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Perform whole house air balance
• Perform maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Quality inspections of job site
• Initiative to train and develop using the company provided resources
• Keep manager informed of new developments, changes or customer concerns
• Other tasks (administrative or other) per process or as defined by the area manager
• Train and develop quality assurance technicians

Job essentials for success:

• #1: Customer Service Oriented
• Able to clearly and confidently educate customers on our products and services
• Minimum of 5-years in HVAC
• Can pass a background check, basic physical, and Pre-hire drug screen
• Clean 3 Year Driving Record
• Overtime available during peak season
