HVAC Install Project Manager

Wage / Hours:

This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our business hours are 7am-6pm. Our Project Manager schedules vary based on workload. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year. Compensation based per hour depending on experience, licensing, and bonuses (Upwards of $100,000 per year)

Location:

This position is performed on the road in the greater Seattle area. Our service range is: North: Everett Area, South: Federal Way Area, East: North Bend. We have two shops in Everett and Tukwila. We are looking for a Project Manager in both our Everett and Tukwila shop. This is a hybrid role where some of your time will be in the office and some time in the field. Company truck provided.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

· Work with Sales manager to ensure work that is being sold by Comfort advisor will function in the application sold. Work with coordinators to maximize the schedule and ensure install department is productive and efficient. Work with Installers to train and assist them when out in the field. Work with customers to ensure quality of work lives up to the standard of Greenwood Heating.

· Work with office staff to pick up correct material and equipment from one of our shops to match what was purchased by customer.

· Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond knowledge base. Review your team during annual and 90 day reviews, participate in leading team meetings weekly.

Job Requirements / Skills:

· Understanding and follow through in Greenwood’s Core Values and Mission Statement.

· Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.

· Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.

· Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field.

· Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· HVAC Install experience required, with additional training provided. Leadership or management experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time, or sit for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
