Job Description:
- Serves as point of contract on human resource issues by advising employees of professional development opportunities.
- Reviews NIH guidance and develop internal NIDCD guidance.
- Coordinates IC response in relation to employee recognition and awards programs, including the NIH Directors' Awards, performance, and time-off awards and QSIs.
- Manage the retention, relocation, and recruitment incentives for FTE staff; communicate and collect pay and performance management documents, including PMAPS and Title 42 award/bonus process for FTE employees.
- 10 or more years’ experience in related discipline.
