Housekeeping Inspector
We are a local vacation rental company looking to fill a part time “Inspector” position on Saturdays and Sundays only to join our team in Fort Myers Beach, FL, (Lee County). The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and an energetic personality.
Job Duties:
- Inspection of houses
- Communicating with cleaners
- Time management to ensure houses are complete on time
- Help with laundry and various housekeeping tasks
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Applicants Qualifications:
- Highly organized.
- Reliable, ability to meet deadlines, and a team player.
- The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented.
- Ability to see projects through to completion.
- A keen eye for details.
- Great with customers.
- Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Applicants must be willing and able to work overtime
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- All applicants will be required to a background screening.
Pay Frequency:
- Biweekly
Schedule:
- Saturdays and Sundays Only 9-5pm/10am-6pm/11am-7pm (but could change dependent on occupancy and needs of business)
- 8 Hour Shift
- Day Shift
- Weekends
- Holidays
COVID-19 considerations:
Depending on Covid-19 restrictions, a face mask may be required while inside the buildings.
Experience:
- Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor 1-3 years (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Language:
- Prefer applicant to be bilingual in English/Spanish – But not necessary to apply.
