Housekeeper
We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Cleans office, clubroom, restrooms and other common areas, such as elevators and hallways, on a daily basis
- Cleans models daily in preparation of viewings by potential residents
- Reports any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- Trashes out vacated units
- Informs Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager of any supplies needed
- Must understand and practice all necessary safety precautions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment housekeeping
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of cleaning fluids and tools
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting 1-20 pounds, reach above shoulders, climb ladders, pick up debris, lifting cleaning supplies
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to read and understand cautionary labeling on products used
Benefits:
Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical (one offering is available at no cost to employee), dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
