We are looking for a candidate to join our company that has the ability to work efficiently unsupervised, have a heightened attention to detail, and maintain a friendly attitude.


Job Description

  • Be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language.
  • Maintain a polite and courteous attitude towards guests, clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Must have reliable transportation and phone.
  • High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness.
  • Coordinating work assignments.
  • Vacuuming, mopping, washing linens, sanitizing, etc.
  • Relaying and damages found at the properties.
  • Assist with inventory control, supplies, and keys.
  • Manage housekeeping schedules, time budgets, and details.

Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping experience with luxury houses.
  • Ability to work alone and be responsible.
  • Ability to work on-call, weekends, holidays, and mornings (rotating schedule).
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.
  • Familiar with health and safety practices.
  • Work efficiently and at a steady pace.
  • Each employee must be able to perform the essential functions of their position. This position requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move approximately 25 lbs. to a height of 3-4 feet. Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to service lights and ceiling fans. Frequently communicate with other staff, clients, and vendors. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to detect errors in physical and digital work and learn technical material. Potentially work in environments with dust/insects/rodents/pet waste and dander. Employees are expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, and interpret data.
