Office Associates at H Mart perform a wide number of important duties as below but not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting them, and assisting with products and services
- Managing and sorting paperwork such as invoices, sales orders, item data, etc.
- Resolving customer issues/complaints and ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience
- Following company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
- Performing special duties and other tasks as assigned
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Basic computer skills
