Hadoop Developer
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Hadoop Developer. This is starting out as a contract position running through June 2023 with possible extensions and high probability of converting to FTE. It is 100% remote. HM is looking for someone who has worked on production support applications and has worked to support an enterprise project. Candidate should understand operation excellence. Additionally, this candidate should be able to fix defects and production support issues.
Hadoop Developer Specific Tools/Languages Required:
HADOOP
Spark
Hadoop Developer Experience:
3-5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
IT development/programming/coding professional within a Hadoop environment
Experience with Agile Methodology
Hadoop Developer Required Education:
Related Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or relevant work experience
MUST HAVE TOOLS: Hadoop, Spark and Scala
Other nice to have tech: Java, SQL, DB2, Spark, Scala, Hive, OpenShift, Gitlab
