We are looking for a Guest Services Representative join our team! Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, carries a positive attitude, and the desire to learn and grow.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations.
- Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Administering check-ins and check-outs.
- Providing front desk services to guests.
- Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
- Delivering mail and messages and processing guest payments.
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
- Processing meal and beverage requests.
- Accommodating general and unique requests.
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
- This will be a predominantly 2nd shift position between 3pm and 11pm.
