Currently seeking a Full Time, Long Term CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to work in an established, top ranked vacation rental company in beautiful Big Bear Lake, CA
Must be computer/software savvy, able to multi-task, great on phones, detailed, excellent communication skills, positive thinking and able to work easily with others.

• computer savvy
• great phone voice
• responding professionally to emails & phone calls
• Assisting guests with vacation reservations
• working with guests on the phone, via email and in person
• coordinating schedules
• being a positive attribute to the team
• flexible schedule, may consist of occasional evenings, weekends, holidays.

Experience in the vacation rental marketing is a STRONG PLUS, but not required. We do require a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, positive outlook and ability to work efficiently with people in a high energy, but small, environment. Must enjoy the challenge of a fast paced environment.
