This Full-Time position, working with our Grounds Crew, is ideal for someone who is looking to be active and spend a lot of time outdoors! This position is crucial to maintaining a safe facility and functional grounds for the residents to enjoy.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of the QPRC property, under the direction of the Grounds Team Supervisor.
- Assist the Facility Services Department during snow removal process and safely operate both small and large equipment (i.e., snow blowers, Bobcat, salt spreaders, etc.).
- Demonstrates the ability to assist with basic maintenance tasks as assigned (i.e., moving furniture, event set ups, etc.)
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoy being outside
- Reliable
- Available to be on call off hours, weekends, and holidays to assist with snow removal
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
