SHIFT 8 HOUR MON- FRI
Work hours will vary. Availability Monday-Friday from 5:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday (rotating) from 6:00am - 11:30am, based on business need.
This position will require the candidate to stand and walk for long periods.
Please note this is a Greeter position. No phlebotomy required.
We are looking for a candidate with a robust customer service background.
Prior work in retail, food service, or any face to face customer service preferred.
This position may travel to multiple PSC locations across Niagara and Erie Counties.
Description:
- Responsible for greeting patients as they enter PSC during normal working hours.
- Assisting with the Kiosk/Self Check In.
- Answering simple questions, promoting Covid Protocol, provide guidance on masks requirement.
- Potentially the usage of Quanum to query patients checking for on hold orders, checking faxed orders for patients.
- Required, Customer Service Skills and flexibility of schedule.
- Ability to drive to alternate locations.
- Covid vaccines are not required but masking is a requirement in all Client Patient Services locations.
