In your new role you will:
- Perform equipment buy off, prior to return to manufacturing after successful preventive maintenance
- Monitor schedule for PM and execution
- Initiate on equipmen t improvements
- Perform Design of Engineering, parameter calculation and monitoring for process improvement
- Follow compliance to process control plan and OCAPs
- Follow specification procedures in all operation or improved it
- Support on Process and Equipment Engineering given task
- Understand and follow safety requirements of the equipment and processes in designated area of responsibility.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Recent or 2023 Bachelor's or Masters graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to be self-motivated , team player and a fast learner
- Works well with little or no supervision
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, equipment handling , and initiating preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of SPC ( Statistical Process Control )
- Familiarity with Tool lock down, IVM and FMEA to its required level
