General Manager– Hotel

Come join the Rodeway Inn & Suites team in Hoisington, Kansas managed by Weigand-Omega Management for this exciting opportunity as a General Manager. Oversees all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest
satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training, and discipline of all hotel staff.

Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities

· Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service

· Must have the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills

· Must be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs

· Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance

· Must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team/project oriented

Experience Training and Education

· High School Diploma, or equivalent required

· Associates or bachelor’s in business preferred

· Requires an occupationally significant combination of vocational education apprentice training on-the-job training, and essential experience in less responsible hotel skill level and management positions.
