Hydradry Inc was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Specialists! We are looking for motivated and versatile individuals to help our team grow within the organization. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation, restoration and general labor. We are currently in search for Water Technicians. We are here to aid families and restore their homes and help businesses recover from the damage and aftermath caused by Hurricane Ian in the Fort Myers Area. Hydradry currently has locations in Orlando, Tampa, Texas and Louisiana and plan on establishing a Fort Myers location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing restoration activities, including demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack-out and storage and other specialized cleaning
  • Setting up site protection, like the use of protective shoe covers and floor mats
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensuring work is completed according to supervisor's specifications
  • Water Extraction.
  • Performing demolitions and light construction tasks.
  • Cleaning and Safely Packing contents.
  • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
  • Properly set-up procedures.
  • Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
  • If you're Trained in MICA, & able to do sketches will boost your position.
  • Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
  • Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
  • Coordinate responsibilities and tasks with other technicians on the job site
  • Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
  • Driving a company vehicle as needed.
  • Upon completion of each job you must update the Job system (MICA)
  • Upholding all company safety policies.
  • Upholding all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Able to Pass a Pulmonary Function Test / Fit Test
  • Able to work more than 40+ hours per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On-Call
  • Weekends
  • Potential for Bonus
  • Overtime, Overtime, Overtime!!!!

  • 7:30AM

Typical end time:

  • 5:00 PM
