United Logistics/United Liquid Waste Recycling, Inc is looking for a General Farm Laborer

You will perform various tasks in support of United Liquid Waste Recycling Inc., to include hauling of solid and liquid waste materials to fields for application.

As a General Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Operate or tend equipment used to in waste material disposal
• Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery
• Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or spreaders to tractors, using bolts and hand tools
• Drive trucks and tractors to haul supplies, tools, or farm workers as needed
• Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions
• Operate towed machines such as manure spreaders

Requirements:

• Considerable knowledge of heavy-equipment operation.
• Experience working with DOT rules and regulations.
• Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations, including road hazards while operating equipment.
• Previous experience operating truck/trailers over-the-road (long haul or short haul) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to deal with unexpected problems that may arise during the operation of heavy equipment.
• Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations, including road hazards while operating equipment.
