Full-time Float Medical Assistant/Healthcare Tech
We are seeking a Medical Assistant or Healthcare Tech to float between our Safford and Morenci Occupational Medicine clinics. This position may also cover other sites when coverage is needed.
Gila Health Resources provides occupational medicine and certified employee health screening services at multiple locations throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Occupational Medicine Medical Assistant tasks include rooming patients, conducting, recording, and reporting vitals, hearing, vision, pulmonary function, respirator use, functional capacity, fit-for-duty, and certified drug and alcohol screening tests. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and patient skills, and have the ability to work as a reliable member of a high-performing healthcare team, follow detailed protocols, meet deadlines, and be punctual.

Certified and non-certified MAs are preferred. We will accept applications from experienced healthcare technicians.
