Full Time Carpenter for Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations Job at Harrison Richards, Inc.
We are a property management company looking for a skilled full time employee to help with kitchen and bathroom renovations. A qualified candidate should be able to complete all of the necessary work needed for kitchen and bathroom renovations from the demo to the final finish details. This will included light plumbing and electrical work.
We are a family owned company that has been in operation since 1954 and offer a consistent work schedule that does not require weekends. Our lead candidate should be really fit and able to work hard independently as well as on a team.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs (as this is required regularly)
Must be able to work on your feet and with your hands 6+ hours a day
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' carpentry experience
Remodeling (Framing to finish)
Bathrooms (demo, installing tile, bathtubs, sink, etc.)
Kitchens (demo, blocking, install cabinets, trim, etc.)
Experience with hanging sheetrock (taping and mudding)
Experience installing hardwood and vinyl flooring
General knowledge of electrical and plumbing
Ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
