Front End Lead Job at Ace Hardware of Clarkston
The Front End Lead is responsible for managing the Front End (Point of Sale area) of the store. This involves training, supervising, and coaching our cashiering team. Additionally, this role will ensure that this area provides the highest level of customer service and attention to the customer. This role will also manage the operations needs of the cashier function utilizing tools in our POS system, updating our cashier policies and procedures as well as monitoring for loss prevention opportunities.
This role is instrumental in the growth of our store - we are one of the highest volume stores in Michigan and having a quick, friendly, accurate, and efficient check out process is key to a great customer experience.
We have excellent tools and will train for this role. The best candidates will have a passion for retail and strong experience in cashiering, and leading teams. If you worked at an Ace Store in the past you will receive special consideration due to your experience - retail experienced individuals are also encouraged to apply.
