Front Desk Receptionist
Satori Spa is a healing oasis offering relaxation services to restore the mind, body, & soul through massage, float therapy, skincare services and so much more. We are seeking a responsible & friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide stellar service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and providing friendly interaction and information
- Booking appointments
- Return phone calls for voicemails left by clients
- Checking out clients
- Greeting clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Provide guidance to clients on procedures in the spa
- Receiving product shipments
- Provide guests with knowledge to upsell goods or services
- Inform Practitioners of any schedule changes (client cancellation etc)
- Keeping boutique side of spa orderly
What you bring:

- Comfortable multi-tasking when needed

- Weekends + flexibility is a must
- Proficient with general computer skills and Microsoft Office
A successful Front Desk Receptionist is kind, has good communication, typing proficiency and able to self-educate on the services and products we offer. Nights & weekends required.
