Five star exteriors is a company that specializes is exterior remodeling services primarily for single home residences. We strive to continually exceed expectations for service quality, workmanship and professionalism. Five star exteriors is currently looking for a front desk receptionist to support different departments with various projects and handling the day-to-day operations of the office.
Job responsibilities:
- Schedule estimates for the salesman
- Coordinate with salesman on appointments
- Update clients about scheduled dates for their job
- Market on social media
- Upload photos and update content to company website
- Filing
Job requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent customer service when dealing with vendors and clients
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High School degree or equivalent is required
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in the customer service
