Austin Staffing, Inc is now hiring for two admin positions that will be onsite in Leander, TX. We are looking for a Receptionist and a Parts Processor. This will be a 2-4 month contract position with the potential to go long-term contract to hire for the right person. The long-term position would be remote. Our client is processing repairs for cars damaged by hail and they have a large volume of the backlog they are working through. Full Time/Overtime.
Front Desk Admin:
- Check in customer’s that are bringing their vehicles in for service.
- Outbound calls to inform customers their service is complete and they may pick up their car.
- Walk shop to verify vehicle inventory.
- Coordinate with management for status on repair orders.
Parts Processor:
- Accept deliveries of parts for vehicle repairs.
- Review paperwork to ensure the correct parts were delivered.
- Update management system with parts information and updating pricing discrepancies.
- Print and attach repair order to parts and either shelve or take out to repair technicians.
